FENAVIN 2011, the National Trade Fair on Wine, will be hosting the presentation of a real scoop in the editorial world: 'Vinum Nature 2011, the first guide on organic Spanish wines and cava', which will be presented by its main author and director of the publishing house Ecomundis Editorial, Pablo Chamarro, who defines the guide as "an unprecedented summary of more than six hundred wines and cava produced by our country's wineries and producers." This activity, programmed to take place on the morning of May 10th, will also be counting with the participation of the founder of the winery Bodegas Begastri, Alfonso Marín, who will be offering his personal view on the origin, values and trajectory of organic wines.

Vinum Nature 2011 puts forward the virtues of organic viniculture, the health benefits behind consuming organic wines and a first analysis of the current offer that includes a complete catalogue of quality-price ratios and the main characteristics of each wine. "The idea has also been to offer a way to approach the more specialized sector forums and events, along with other information that has been developed for the first time ever in a publication that is unique in its kind for this product category," Chamorro indicated.

Hence, this publication refers to organic wines as those wines that manifest sincerity and respect for the consumer, tradition and the environment. "These are highly valued quality wines that have received many awards abroad, in different markets in which year after year they hold more prominence," the author affirms.

With an editorial advance of 2000 copies, the Vinum Nature 2011 Guide will be sold on the Internet via the portal www.vinumnature.com and it will also be available at the Bioculture Trade Fairs that will take place in Barcelona and Madrid. Apart from this, all those attending FENAVIN will receive a 3 € discount coupon for the purchase of this guide at the mentioned web address, the same valid until the 31st of December. The next edition, VN2012, will also be available in bookshops, wine shops, and other direct sales points.

The Ecomundis publishing house premieres its 'Colección Nature' with this guide, with the collection being dedicated to disseminating and analyzing organic products for the consumer, duly promoting the variety and quality that is to be found in the same.
